Recent data from a listings platform shows top transactions stretching from $3.7M all the way up to an astonishing $130M, with other notable sales at $47M, $40.2M, $40M, $21.2M, $19M, $18M, and $17.5M in various metro areas. It\u2019s interesting to see that in four particularly competitive markets, even the fifth highest sale surpassed $10M\u2014evidence of just how deep luxury pricing can go depending on the city. One market, in particular, stood out for its tight cluster of high-end transactions, with the five most expensive homes ranging from $24M to $40M. These figures reflect only publicly marketed properties, so private transactions and nondisclosure markets may tell an even bigger story.
