What\u2019s clear: seller strategy is crucial. About 21% of active listings saw price reductions, and sharper pricing is making a difference\u2014drawing more attention, while overpricing tends to slow things down. Inventory has improved, with active supply up roughly 2% year-over-year to 1.5 million homes, and nearly four months of supply on the market, though we\u2019re still not quite at a balanced level.
